Hello ChatDash Community,
We're thrilled to share some exciting new features and updates to the platform including improvements to Leads & Campaigns and support for one time fees with Stripe!
Simplified the original Campaigns menu and added a new Campaign Details menu containing additional information about ongoing campaigns including Lead Progress and Logs.
The "Lead Progress" tab shows the progress of each lead including the number of call attempts and status for the lead.
The "Logs" tab shows basic logs of attempts made to send outbound calls to help track progress and debug possible issues with sending out calls.
Added a preview of selected/uploaded leads when creating a campaign to allow for double checking information before creating a campaign.
Fixed issues with updating campaign progress.

Added the option to edit existing leads. The menu can be opened by simply clicking on the lead row you want to edit.
Added the option to view conversations for specific leads. The button can be found to the right of each lead row.
Added "name" as a default header. If provided, this value will be used to label the conversations on the Conversations page instead of the default "New User".
The webhook for lead tagging is now on your whitelabeled domain instead of ChatDash's API URL.

Added support for creating a "One Time Fee" product and creating invoices to charge clients directly through the dashboard.
Under "Stripe Billing" go to "Active Products" and create a product with the "One Time" pricing model --> Go to "Invoices" to send an invoice to a client using the created product.

Added support for using our ChatDash widget with ElevenLabs projects.

Made improvements to our internal systems that handle the syncing of conversation data and the processing of outbound campaigns.
We expect the improvements to increase the stability and efficiency of these processes and also allow our team to more quickly debug any issues in the future.
