Hi, I’d like to suggest adding the option to create custom filters based on the analyses provided by Retell AI within the conversation section.
Right now, my clients can’t filter call results with the level of detail they need. I used to handle this easily in Airtable, where I could build and apply filters tailored to each use case. That flexibility made the workflow much faster.
I noticed the current AI-based analysis feature in ChatDash, but it consumes credits for each use. In Retell, we can achieve similar filtering and analysis for free.
It would be great to have native support for custom Retell AI filters inside ChatDash conversations, ideally allowing users to define and save filter parameters without additional credit costs.
This would make analysis management much more efficient for teams that rely on detailed call data.
