Assistant ID is not accepted when setting up the chatbot

Dear support team,

I have tried several times to integrate a chatbot with a valid Assistant ID from the OpenAI Assistants API via your platform. Unfortunately, the ID is rejected each time with the message "Invalid Assistant ID".

I have tested various models, including gpt-4, gpt-4o, gpt-3.5-turbo and gpt-4o-mini. The assistant was created and saved correctly in OpenAI and the ID(asst_...) was copied cleanly. The API key used also comes from the same OpenAI account.

Nevertheless, the setup fails every time. Unfortunately, I could not find any information about the cause or possible requirements for the Assistant configuration in your documentation either.

Could you please tell me what the reason is and how I can successfully integrate the assistant?
