Campaign not Stopping

Campaigns are not stopping at the selected timezone. This is making my clients frustrated. I have to delete the phone number to make it stop. It doesnt stop even when Pausing or Ending the Campaign. It also is making multiple calls back to back to the same number even though I only have retry attempts once.
