Complete Whitelable for UI

The following would be great

1. Being able to do everything on the other platforms (retell, 11labs,etc) as a whitelable on this platform. So changing voices, prompts, temperature, batchcalls, etc.

2. Being able to set different pricing for everythin in #1. for example, retell has a .005 per call when it does batch calls. It would be cool if we could change that price in out whitelable and pocket the differenct. so instead of .005 it would be .01 on our end.
