Display Client Payment Status in Project Settings

In the Project Settings > Stripe Billing tab, it’s unclear whether a client has successfully added their payment method. While the subscription status is visible, there is no direct indicator confirming if the client's payment info has been added to their dashboard.

Suggested Improvement:
Add a Payment Status Indicator near the Active Subscription section
