Finding and organising calls from Retell

I don't know how difficult this would be, but from a users perspective it would make a massive difference. When you are on the conversations page if there was files on the left hand side where you could file the calls after they have been dealt with it would make a massive difference as staff are finding that they are searching through 500 calls to find one call. The other thing that would also help is to flag the emails in different colours so we can show where they are at a glance (ie yellow means need speaking to, red means spoken to, green means signed up, etc). As I said in the other email, we are having problems with loading speed of pages and this makes things really hard and they are using Google Calendar for all of this. I know this isn't a CRM, but organising things would help massively and it means that leads are not going to get missed by clients.
