Member Can't

A Member of our plan is unable to use ChatDash, they log in and the page seen on the screenshot is all that comes up, and we already have a memebership with you guys. We clicked on the $35 dollar option just to see what happens, got a green button and then the same page appeared, we cant get off it, we can only Logout.

Please help!
