Not able to get Insights for my VAPI Agent (Transient)

I am using chatdash for my vapi ai. First it used to work great when I was using agent directly connected to the number but now I am using transient agent like starting call using api so my vapi shows this and chatdash shows no information of calls Is there a way to fix it
