Not answered -Campaign not Stopping

I undertsnad you gave me a response in my last post however I didnt understand how to fix the issue. If i set the schedule to 9am -5pm, have it retry 0 times, why is it still calling at 9pm and not stopping. I understand you have ques but whats the point of scheduling system if it doesn’t stop. And you didn’t answer how I can fix this or stop this happening in the future? This has happened multiple times.
