Hello everyone,
in the current setup, all calls are automatically speech recorded. In Europe this is strictly prohibited under criminal law without prior consent of all participants. Obtaining such explicit consent is legally complex and often not feasible in practice.
Therefore, we urgently need an option to completely disable speech recording within the platform. This setting should ensure that no audio is captured or stored at any time, and that such data is not exported to third-party services like ChatDash.
This is essential for compliance with European regulations (GDPR and Β§201 StGB in Germany) and for safe business use in the EU market.
Could you please add an option in the account or agent settings to fully deactivate speech recording? Transcriptions are ok.
