Persistent Chats

We’re integrating your chatbot into our site, and we need to confirm if the widget supports persistent sessions across different web pages.

Specifically:

• When a user starts a conversation on one page, we’d like the chat history and session to follow them as they navigate through the site (not reset on each refresh or page change).

• Ideally, the chat should reopen in the same state after navigation, so the user doesn’t lose context.

Can you let us know if this is supported natively, or if we need to configure cookies/local storage/session IDs on our side to achieve this?
