Can we set this to be an agent override rather than have it set to update the agent?
That way they could have a "reset" button to reset back to the original prompt set by the agency.
At the moment, we may set a prompt and the client could then come in and change the prompt which we would then need to fix.
Having the ability to utilise agent overrides means that we can create a broader agent eg “Customer Support”
And we can assign that over and over and the customers will have their own overrides for their own personal tweaking.
