Retellai condition chat-trigger.

I have created an inbound call agent that qualifies people on the call.
The idea is that people click the chat-dash widget and starts the interview with the AI agent without any prior info given.

In retell I have made sure to extract the relevant data and created call analysis properties.

1. it would be great if this call data can be directly linked to chat-dash instead of extracting it through a webhook to make.com and then connecting to a google sheet (I think i read that this might be coming in the update if I understood correctly?

Anyhow, would be cool if things like
name, email, phone, yearly turnover etc. automatically gets eextracted to retell based on the call analysis configuration from Retell.

2. It would be super baller if in chat-dash I can create automatic messages that are sent in the chat on the widget, while the caller is on the call, and only once they pass criteria (passes to a certain state by qualifying correctly for a certain question asked) then chat dash sends a link in the chat for example. So based on reached edgecase in retell for a qualifieed caller that has reached a certain state by going through questions, once they reach a certain state invocation level the AI agent can say, “great you passed qualification I have sent you an invite link to our booking calendar for cal.com). So only in case they fulfill a certain edgecase I can configure chat-dash to send out information.

the reason being:

On the call sometimes, it’s more easy if the caller can book the time slot themselves rather than having to decide right then and there on the call, it would also allow for negating having to collect email on the call or writing prompts to tell retell to convert timezones. Also sometimes, the AI can be a bit wonky if the callers email is long and has both numbers or symbols in it. It’s a bit annoying that it has to re confirm email and caller has to correct it until it gets it - even when writing prompts where it understands phonetics and conversion of spoken symbol sounds (for example ‘dash’ and specifying in the prompt that it should store it as ‘-’, sometimes the experience isn’t as smooth and god forbid that it stores the wrong email because then the booking system can’t send a reminder to the correct email. Therefore a chat notifaction on text in chat sent by the bot on chat-dash at relavent reached states on the call for caller to interact with, a link forexample to go directly to booking calendar would be dope.

3. On that note an alternative or an addition that would be super extra crispy would be if the AI agent could simply advice the caller to write in information in chat on the bot widget to collect data instead of asking caller to speak or spell it out on the call and then somehow give it to retell so it can book the call in the connected calendar?? or icing on the cake connect the calendar to chat-dash instead of retell.

4. If once all the information has been collected, it would be top if from chat-dash I would also be able to connect whatsapp api/webkoohs and within chat-dash configure the automatic messages I want to send out with the link to the calendar and any other details talked about on the call.
