it be possible to add a file upload button (specifically for image files) in the ChatDash widget? Currently, there's only a voice option available. Having the ability to attach image files would be extremely helpful, especially for support cases where users need to send screenshots or photos. This would greatly enhance the usability of the chatbot in real-world scenarios. Thanks!
